Traveling Nurse Testimonials

Because Finding Happiness Should be Easy

Working for PAM has always been a job that I enjoy, becoming a PAM traveler is a dream come true. I am able to continue working for a company I love, while getting to travel and experience new places. Learning the different facilities and being a part of a great team is helpful in becoming a better nurse! Everyone has been kind and willing to help. I appreciate everything and look forward to more experiences.

Thanks for everything!

I have been a travel nurse with PAM Health since May 2020. I have had the opportunity to work in over 10 PAM facilities, and have been all over the country. I love being a travel nurse for many reasons. I love going to different cities and exploring on my days off. I have been to Colorado, Nevada, Missouri, North Dakota, as well as 5 different cities in my home state of Texas. I have enjoyed hiking, skiing, kayaking, beaches, lakes and mountains, national parks, and cultural activities in each city. I love a challenge and helping my host hospital to find ways to make processes better. By seeing what goes on. in different PAM facilities, I can help them find ways to improve on areas where they may be struggling. I do love the fact that it is all the same hospital system so the processes tend to be easier to navigate at each new facility. I have also found that each host hospital has been warm and welcoming, and the administration and staff have always been supportive of having a PAM traveler in house to help. I look forward to many more traveling adventures with PAM, and would encourage you to see if it would be a good fit for you!

Great pay, great staff and a lot of room for growth in your nursing career!

I loved working at PAM, the employees were very supportive and worked as a great team.

It is a great way to see your other campuses, and to meet all the other staff members. To see how alike we all really are and how different too. I am honored and Thankful for being selected for the position. I hope to continue it for the rest of the year.
